Nights - $500 Additional Fees $250 Cleaning Fee 9% Occupancy Tax Reservations Once you make a reservation by phone, email or fax, we will forward a vacation rental agreement to you by first class mail, fax or email. The signed agreement must be returned with the advance payment in order for the reservation to be confirmed. Upon receiving payment and a signed copy of this rental agreement, we will mail a welcome packet that includes travel directions to the vacation home and information that will make your stay more enjoyable. Payments A down payment of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days before your reservation date. Security Deposit Guests can complete the credit card authorization form in lieu of paying a $500 security deposit. Your credit card will be charged for any damage, theft, occupancy after departure date, unauthorized pets, excessive cleaning, smoking, exceeding occupancy limits, and any other mentioned policies in the Rental Agreement. Cancellations Cancellations received less than 60 days before check-in will not be refunded unless we are able to re-rent the property for the same dates reserved. If we are able to re-rent the property for the same dates reserved your money less a 10% cancellation fee will be refunded to you. Cleaning Your $250 cleaning fee is intended for a one-time cleaning of the vacation home and linens upon your departure. It is your responsibility to wash all dishes and remove items from the refrigerator prior to your departure. Check-in Check-out Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Early arrivals and late departure requests will be handled on a case by case basis. Rules Smoking is not allowed inside this vacation home. You will incur additional charges for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking is found. No pets are allowed on the property.
